Environmentally Conscious

We care about Mother Earth! Our crew doesn't demolish everything to a large dumpster and send it to the landfill. Joy Developments salvages as much material as possible and delivers it to Second Use, Earth Wise, and Ballard Reuse so that it can be used again. Also, we try to recycle any materials that cannot be resold so that it helps keep our environment clean.

Lead-Safe Certified

Joy Developments abides with the EPA's Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Program (RRP Rule) which requires that firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and pre-schools built before 1978 be certified.

In Partnership with Green Latrine

In order to continue our effort to be as environmentally conscious as possible, we have teamed up with Green Latrine for our job site toilet facilities. Green Latrine not only uses 100% recycled paper products but has a rain water collection system to drastically reduce their water consumption. Green Latrine uses natural enzymes to treat the waste water.
